Can you take adaptogens over a long period of time?
Whilst adaptogenic herbs are considered safe for use over periods of time, we advise a break of one week after taking them for six months. Our bodies can get used to them and, by taking a break, this allows the body to reset a little and then feel the full benefits again.

Bluum is committed to sourcing ethically and producing sustainable products that are unharmful to your body and the environment.
