Can you take adaptogens over a long period of time?
Whilst adaptogenic herbs are considered safe for use over periods of time, we advise a break of one week after taking them for six months. Our bodies can get used to them and, by taking a break, this allows the body to reset a little and then feel the full benefits again.
Where is Bluum manufactured?
Bluum products are manufactured in South Africa, under strict regulations and licensing.
Why do Bluum products come in pouches?
Bluum is committed to sourcing ethically and producing sustainable products that are unharmful to your body and the environment. With the unnecessary disposal of plastic and glass bottles, they thought there was a better option and therefore decided on recyclable pouches which have a lower impact on the environment and do not expose you to any unnecessary, harmful microplastics.
Where do you ship to?
We deliver nationwide using Primetime Express and The Courier Guy courier services. A tracking number and link will be sent via email once the order is completed and dispatched. The parcel is trackable via the respective courier website.
How much are shipping costs?
We charge a shipping flat rate fee of R90.
Do you deliver internationally?
At this moment we only deliver to customers in South Africa. We will be offering products to the UK and EU soon. If you would like to purchase Bluum products and we are not yet in your region, please reach out to us via email to: info@bluum.ltd.
How long will it take to get my order?
Our standard delivery takes 2 to 5 working days based on where you are. If you’re in more of an outlying area, it may take a little bit longer.
